Aboriginal youth services

Aussies have gathered across the nation to show support for the Black Lives Matter movement. The organisation has expanded steadily over past years to provide a comprehensive range of medical, dental and social services for the community. We do this all with the end goal of family restoration and preservation. It provides a comprehensive information on the health and wellbeing of Indigenous youth.

We plan, develop and facilitate Youth Groups excursions, incursions, cultural outings, camps and programs to suit your requirements. Dance lessons,Spear Throwing lessons, Ochre crushing and mixing. Building strength in families and services. KARI is guided by seven values: 1. Review everything you do and seek ways to improve both the process and the outcome.


From our Youth Centre we are proud to run our Youth Services for the young people of Wadeye. We run programs each day and try to support our youth as much as possible, as well as other service providers. Our programs include everything from men’s and women’s health classes to cooking and culture.

Aboriginal Youth Worker. The Daramu program helps these young people overcome obstacles and gain the confidence they need to live a fulfilling life. With over years of providing essential services to the urban aboriginal community, the VAFCS has helped families, youth , adults, elders and children maintain their aboriginal cultural ties and values. The VAFCS has also helped aboriginal people access education, housing needs and support for families.


About USAY Providing essential programming and services to Calgary’s Indigenous youth. Over the last years, NCSA has evolved to meet the needs of Indigenous people for fair and equitable access to justice through our family and youth programs, family, youth and criminal courtworker programs, two correctional institutions for Indigenous offenders, and BearPaw Legal Education and Media. We develop relationships with organizations, media, government and businesses in order to empower each other.


This group is led by young people volunteering and sharing their gifts with others. Mental health services for children and youth can be provided in many different settings, as follows. There are many Child and Family Service agencies in the province that offer a broad range of mental health programs, including ones for children and youth. These exist both in urban areas and on reserves. The position is responsible for the day-to-day running of the Youth Services Unit.


Assist staff to develop and manage their programs. Provide a structure that ensures professional supervision and support for staff of the Youth Services Unit. Foster a strong team spirit within the organization. Our legacy lives on through the services we provide. Indigenous Services Canada (ISC) works collaboratively with partners to improve access to high quality services for First Nations, Inuit and Métis.


Our vision is to support and empower Indigenous peoples to independently deliver services and address the socio-economic conditions in their communities.

With MAYFS support, the young people co-design the program based on their needs, interests and future aspirations. The primary focus of the Gugan Gulwan Youth Support Worker is assisting young people aged 9-to keep connected with school, further education, employment and the community. These Services include parenting skills, child development, healing issues, addictions and personal skills development with elders involved in all aspects.


Youth Mentoring This program is a partnership with the Ministry of Social Services to Mentor and role model while building trusting and supportive relationships with Youth.
