For the foreseeable future we are unable to to accept any donation. On average, more than percent of shelter guests are children.

Shelter guests stay an average of days, and during that time, work with a case manager who helps connect them with the right tools, knowledge and resources for lasting well-being and self-sufficiency. Case management services are provided to assist in job training , employment , social services , and appropriate housing. If your family seeks emergency shelter through the City of New York, you must provide information regarding your family and housing history that will be used to determine whether or not your family is eligible for emergency shelter. Once a family arrives at PATH, they will first be interviewed by a Human Resources Administration (HRA) caseworker, who will inquire about their living situation and explain the services that may help them avoid entering shelter - including family mediation, anti-eviction legal services, out-of-city relocation assistance, Family Eviction Prevention Supplement (FEPS), or a one-shot deal through HRA.


Provides emergency shelter , transitional housing. THE FAMILY STABILIZATION PROGRAM (FSP) provides transitional housing and social support services to homeless families in Montgomery County, Maryland. FSP families receive transitional housing and supportive services that allow them to live independently in the community, while establishing a permanent housing plan.


There is no application form for emergency services online.

You must call for assistance and visit one of the ten locations in Massachusetts. Family Shelter provides emergency shelter for up to fifteen families at a time. Your claim will be investigated. Family Rescue is dedicated to eliminating domestic violence in the Chicago community by providing comprehensive support services and shelter to victims of domestic violence, particularly abused women and their children, engaging in advocacy to promote future system change, and encouraging prevention through community education.


Our family shelters offer comfortable, home-like environments for parents and children. We provide each family with a room and meals for up to six months. Our case management services are designed to help families find and secure permanent housing, and to develop the means to support themselves in a home of their own. THE SAFER LIVING PROGRAM IS DIVIDED INTO THREE TYPES OF SERVICES: SAFE HOME, SAFE ADULTS, AND SAFE CHILDREN. SAFE HOME SERVICES ARE FOR RESIDENTIAL CLIENTS, AND INCLUDE SAFE ACCOMMODATIONS IN OUR EMERGENCY SHELTER , EDUCATION, CRISIS SUPPORT, AND LIFE SKILLS DEVELOPMENT.


Centralized Homeless Intake Services includes an assessment of eligibility and service needs of persons and families presenting for placement into emergency housing. If eligible, persons and families are placed in appropriate emergency housing, boarding homes, or other alternative housing. Our Family Services’ Housing programs provide emergency shelter and rapid re-housing for families experiencing homelessness. Each of our housing programs includes intensive case management and provides job search guidance. The Lincoln Park Community Shelter (LPCS) is a comprehensive social service agency serving adult men and women who are experiencing homelessness.


Catholic Community Services provides a continuum of care for homeless and low-income people throughout Western Washington. The organization has joined Metropolitan Family Services to better serve victims of domestic violence.

We have consistently over the years had much greater demand for our services than we’ve had capacity. Low-income homeless families are eligible for EA shelter if they live at or below 1 of the federal poverty level and have lost their homes to fire, natural disaster, loss of income, were living in unhealthy or unsafe conditions or were forced to leave their housing because they were victims of domestic violence. Flagstaff Shelter Services provides life-saving, life-changing services to 0unduplicated individuals each year. Sixteen percent of our clients are US veterans. Many are women, most of whom have escaped domestic or sexual violence.


Every one of them has value. To be placed in a shelter, you must provide your children’s birth certificates and a photo ID for the adult(s). A portion of your income will be used to pay for your shelter stay. On holidays, weekends, and evenings until p.
