Dgivecp service failed

Log on to the computer by using an account that has administrator rights. Click Start , type msconfig. Start Search box, and then press ENTER to start the System Configuration Utility. On the General tab, click Selective Startup, and then click to clear theLoad startup items check box.

Driver Verifier gives me again. Do you now see an items listed as DGIVecp ? The DgiVecp service failed to start due to the following error: The system cannot find the file specified. I do not know whether this is the exact problem, but the fact that I could not find DgiVecp is kind of interesting.

Look for an entry listed as DgiVecp 3. If you find this, then change the Start data value to 4. Reboot the system and see if the message is gone. I have spent some time researching this on the internet, including on this forum. There seems to be very little information about it, other than that it might relate to some esoteric Samsung printer.

A window with a list of services should come up. So, it’s advisable to first check if there are any dependents. You can check that in Services MMC by double-clicking on the item you’re going to delete and clicking the Dependencies tab. Dgivecp can OBVIOUSLY be a malware. It crashed this system and keeps replacing itself in the registry as a service.

Navigate to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE - SYSTEM - CurrentControlSet - Services 2. Exit regedit and reboot the computer. So it looks like you are on the right track. Delete HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESYSTEMCurrentControlSetServicesSSPORT How internet the Start data value to 4. LMS Service cannot connect to Intel(R) MEI driver. ProcessMonitor service to connect. It states that SSPORT and DgiVecp services failed to start because they are not there.

A warning event occurred. Then select Advanced system settings Tab on the left menu. Under the Startup and Recovery section, click on Settings.

Make sure Write an event to the system log is checked and Automatically Restart is unchecked. We can stop it loading completely without causing problems. Data formatted as None. Open an Elevated Command Prompt, and run the following command SC CONFIG dgivecp start= disable Note the space after start= is REQUIRED.

The DHCP service failed to see a directory server for authorization. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to stop system services. Also, instead of directly editing the Registry, which can be dangerous, better to use the Service Control command SC.
