O2 customer service reviews

Please find a better service provider. I’m a three Customer for last years. I moved to Ocouple of months before for better coverage. I won’t recommend Oto anyone. Worst customer service ever.


Within this two months I had many issues with the coverage and payment.

After having to make emergency out of country country calls to a family member in the hospital during the COVID-lockdown, Ohas cut my service due to unusual spending without any notification. I have not been able to reach anyone, until threatening to leave the company. The customer service is horrible.


Customer service is absolutely apalling , never do anything you ask and the same problems every month. I will have the last laugh when I get my data subject access request and take them to the ombudsmen. Omobile customers on their experiences.


Recommended Provider. I still pay Ofor services I never receive.

Submit your complaint or review on o2. Mast problems, data problems, customer service apart from the odd adviser is awful, ofail to notify internally of faults that are causing incredibly poor service and as a customer you are expected to chase to get the service we pay over the odds for to work. Terrible customer service they are very rude also the network is poor, had no service for a few weeks now which there is nothing Owill do to help even though it’s the SIM not working. First they made our problem much bigger and now they say that their language is German and I need to find a translator to contact them. Ocustomer service is the worst.


You call them for a problem of your dsl contract and they create one extra contract just because they are so dumb. This is the easiest way to stay in touch and manage your customer service queries. You can read our Customer Complaints Code in full here.


Very poor customer service. I have order internet and thought I could use my old router. Productive and friendly workplace. During my time at O, I enjoyed working there as I found that my shifts were great and the people I worked with were also very friendly and easy to get on with.

Issue remains and I will not be renewing contract with o2. Their customer service is dreadful at a company level. I have had the worst experience of customer service in my life with O2.


Safe to say, I will NOT be a returning customer to oafter my contract has finished.
