They should be investigated by the FCC for the irregularities in the way they bill customers. There are to many mobile providers to waste time with Altice since they can’t keep their billing statement’s straight. As I stated in my 1st review they deserve a ZERO rating. For the best service go to anyone else and avoid Altice. It won’t cost you as much as Verizon, although you might run into coverage issues depending on where you live. is part of the Verizon Media portfolio, so that explains this partnership.
