Amazing customer service. Customer Service in Essex, MD. I have been working at Tesco for less than a year. Friendly good pay good working conditions.

Wish it was more of a career than a part time job cos i love it.

Cannot fault Tesco , during this pandemic. They have really considered the vulnerable. Have used them all the time we have been isolate cannot fault one order.

We should appreciate the service these staff have offered. They too, have families who they could be contaminating, whilst making sure we are all fed. Once again I feel compelled to write a five-star review of Tesco.

Have always had good service from Tesco.

But, however, this morning there was a small hitch. I was able to speak with a nice polite lady within minutes of phoning who sorted the problem immediately. Delivery has always been prompt. The delivery drivers are so kin always offering to take the delivery to my kitchen although I prefer to transfer items to my own bags at my door. They are patient, explain everything clearly.

I cannot fault Tesco home delivery service in my area (Stockport) much better than rival supermarkets. To begin my review I would like to commend all the staff that are working in Tescos , you are all doing an excellent job so well done all of you. My complaint is with Tesco management of the elderly and vunerable people who have regularly had orders delivered but since the virus have been unable to obtain slots.

Even the pay rate is very goo the environment is very peaceful. Tesco delivery never turned up, the five stars are for customer service worker Cameron who was kin considerate and went out of his way to try and help us. I worked at Tesco for more than a year.

Always a good experience. The customer service we get at the Northwich store is actually incredible. We could shop at any other stores but we return to Tesco for its amazing service , fabulous click and collect, and reliability. Ms Nicholson reviews.

It’s very simple and easy to use.

There delivery man was very friendly and helpful, kept good distance due to coronavirus, and made sure he had all our groceries. There are actually some decent human beings working in the Tesco Seaton store. Dubious characters, some of them under managers, with something of the night about them, have insulted me.

A creepy charmless female was todays delight. Respect customer I always have positive feedback with Tesco. But the girl who is working on Orpington Tesco entrance this morning make me back to waiting line then let me come through even this is no people waiting on the queue.
