T-mobile has great customer service as long as you are patient and kind! They helped me during the Covid-crisis and delayed payments on my business lines for several months. I have been with T-mobile for ten years and they reward loyalty every time I need to contact them.


This is because it straddles the line between offering great coverage as well as a selection of decent plans. T-mobile is such a horrible service and bad management , the guys kept babbling , arguing without making any sense or being reasonable for an hour. We personally found in-person interactions to be really helpful.

Though the merger faile things have steadily improved. They purchased several telecommunications companies over the past few years. They found that overall, they still lack in coverage of rural America. The “un-carrier” should have prices that are significantly better than the others.


However, the prices are not that far off.

It has unlimited text, data, and talk time. Of course, that comes along with an extra 10GB of data that can be used for tethering. Unlike the other companies in the big four, there are no taxes either. When they say $7 that is exactly what a customer will pay.


One smart move was purchasing U. They now match ATT, and they are nipping at the heels of the fastest carrier, Verizon. Their LTE coverage is as strong, if not stronger than, their rivals. Specifically, their coverage is superior in urban areas.


When comparing T - Mobile in the 2major markets, they received a reliability score of 95. Verizon was the leader with 97. Sprint was the lowest with a score of 93. They are looking for those embittered souls that have been slaves to the 2-year contract.


Anyone who is looking for freedom from the big carriers should conside. This plan offers a cheap (ish) way to get unlimited talk, text, and data from one of the country’s most robust wireless networks. The biggest downside to this pla is that your data can be deprioritized during times of congestion.


Recommended Consistently good service Get bounced around a lot in customer service T - mobile has been consistent with pricing and reliability. I give them high marks for their call center customer service except getting transferred too many times. The t mobile customer service reps are friendly but they all aren’t on the same page.


It’s frustrating to the customer to have to keep calling over and over for the same issue when it should be a simple fix.

So far my problem has not been resolved. Wireless carriers are getting. One of the worst customer service I ever seen in T - Mobile. T-Mobile is bigger and better than ever.
