Surfdome is one of the brands serviced by INTERNET FUSION. I never received the item I had ordered. Customer service is very poor. Email - ages to get a response and when I did it was unintelligible.
Awful customer service. I’m trying to get a returns number but they just don’t reply. I have tried ringing their customer service times and have held for minutes each time, all to no avail! Good customer service. Was a delay at PO but arrived. Surfdome’s delivery service will send the items right to your home.

Ordered lots from Surfdom, easy website, quality gear, excellent on time delivery, amazing customer service. Right up with the best! This can be prevented via the use of risers or higher trucks. In most cases slight wheel bite is not a major issue. Take a look at our insane amount of longboard wheels currently in stock.
Hardware sizes and riser pads. This allows for a speedy resolution of the problem and minimized impact on the overall customer experience. And the postage fees is out of my pockets. As if the balls in their court. When there sales are on you can grab a bargain for expensive items you could save up to.
Cant reccomend them enough! Never had to deal with customer service as never had a problem with anything. Excellent service and quick delivery.
