READ REVIEWS BEFORE PURCHASE! I purchased water repellent parka from Massimo dutti , but when I got in the rain I got soaking wet. When I sent them the pictures, they said that they never mentioned that the parka was water repellent.


I ordered online a coat or a jacket (or very thick cardigan, I am not sure how to call it) with home delivery. Terrible and bizarre customer service. There is no consistency, each manager says different things.


Need to improve drastically on customer service. I use to spend thousands of pounds a year at Massimo but I’m going to spend my money elsewhere now.

Your package can be returned via your local postal service. We will provide you will a postal label, which you can attach to your package and take to any post office. I told the assistant I would order my size online but he insisted that I should order it online there and then using his mobile device.

They refused to exchange it for me because it was out of stock but it was not. Their exchange policy is worst than any other brand. It also speeds up stocktaking by , freeing up time for better customer care.
