LACC Extension speaks to the heart of what this campus is all about reaching out to our community and offering learning opportunities to all ages. Each season we offer many opportunities: from cooking classes for year olds to comedy writing classes.

Look for our periodical print-cata the mail, on-campus, and at local libraries, community centers , places of worship, and other locations every Fall, Winter, Spring, and Summer. The LACC offers a broad spectrum of services for youth and their families including early development care, before and after school programs, summer camp, English as a second language classes, and more.

La Fiesta Early Development Center. We offer a wide variety of classes and programs for everyone. As stated in our vision and mission, we seek to empower members of our community to become contributing members of society. We do this through advocacy and by offering a continuum of care of programs and services to anyone that seeks our assistance from the ages of one to 101. Our goal is to change lives.

Arts and Design Online graphic design and web design programs make it easy for you to learn new skills or transition to a new career. For over years, LAHC’s College for Kids has brought affordable and quality learning experiences to our community. Classes include academic tutoring, music, computer science and language programs.

Class Whatever your career or education goals might be, LCCC offers thousands of courses to help you meet those goals. We also provide scheduling of our courses to meet the needs of our students, whether you attend day, evening, weekend classes or Distance Education classes over the Internet. LIVE Online courses available for Summer. Registration is OPEN. Community Services Education. Utilizing the arts and education to transform their thinking, the program will show the men new patterns of behavior that can chart a successful course away from prison. As one of the LACCD nine campuses, it is part of the largest community college district in the Nation.

LACC has a variety of courses students can sellect from according to the area of study they want to advance in. They also have a counseling department to help prepare students in choosing the right academic classes they would need to complete their education. Each year there may be slight changes to the Liberal Arts Core Curriculum LACC course work.

Please choose the LACC Guide that corresponds to the catalog year for your degree plan. Provides community organizing, workshops, classes and legal services. To combat this problem and better serve its stud ents and community , LACC developed the Food for Thought project. The project’s goal is to create and test a detaile step-by-step pop-up food pantry and midterm final exam free breakfast model designed for scaling and replication at all nine colleges in the LACCD.
